Spain will welcome hundreds of migrants to Valencia on Sunday after being rescued from the Mediterranean and turned away by Italy. Three vessels will arrive carrying 630 migrants who were rescued near Libya by the vessel Aquarius. Spain's new socialist government has promised them free healthcare.
