When a website offers a good user experience and it is easy to navigate through a website, content is related to titles and there is no shady stuff in that website Google should defiantly prefer this website for the first page. But wait a second what if someone is trying to open a website and it takes more than 30 sec to load a website.

Lol, that’s weird to experience and I myself like all other millions of internet surfers suffers from slow web sites.
