Computer Security Tips To Protect Your System
The internet is creating the lots of hoo and haaaa over past few years about hacking, malware attacks, complex viruses, lots and lots of spam and software’s. Here I am very pleased to share few things with you guys about computer security and how to safeguard your personal computer from the hacker, malicious attacks, malwares, pop-up ads and other ways to keep your data and identity safe.
So here are these 6 computer security guidelines if you follow then no one can breach your privacy. Unless some group of highly trained professional hacker are paid to attack you. Examples in past attack on Google by Chinese hackers. But let’s come back to personal computer security guidelines.

Firewalls:Many were asking now what are firewalls and how do they function. Simply you can say that firewall is a gatekeeper. Who looks at all anything that comes in or anything that comes out via the internet through your personal computer. Windows always came with a firewall and one simply can use it if he wants to. But my personal favorite is comodo firewall. This firewall is simple to use and is very efficient.
Antivirus:
Antivirus is quite a powerful tool to defend you against any new type of viral infection over the internet. Antivirus companies keep them up to date with any type of possible attack for users. So If you are one of those persons who did not use any antivirus up till now. I ask you to try free versions of any antivirus you like to secure yourself. If you spend too much time online or you work in online business. Then I always advise you to use paid antivirus to protect your data and bank account information and Earning.
Update Your Windows, Os and ISO:
There is a full department is Google. In which just like hacker they are finding loopholes in their system before any other person can exploit it. They fix many loopholes in updates every day. So just by keeping your system operating system up to date you can avoid major trouble. But I always recommend to use firewalls and anti-viruses and always keep your operating system up to date.
Use Complicated Passwords:
Are you aware of brute force technique? If the answer is no then I like to inform you that brute force is a technique hacker use to detect passwords. Just like its name they use brute force to breach your privacy. If your password is 5-8 words there is more than 60% chance that they can easily bust you. So, at least, use hardcore passwords. E.g h1o2l3y4s5h6i7t8 you can use special characters, numbers and alphabets to create a unique password.
Unique Passwords:
Why I say unique passwords. It is the very common practice that person use common passwords for everything will easily lose his whole identity with only one mistake. Simply think about your forget to log out your email id and that guy will come in and can easily hack every id of yours interlinked with that account. So always use unique passwords to protect yourself at all times.
Beware :
Never ever check any USB, memory card or any kind of drive you found outside your door or in hallways of offices. Always keep an eye on this kind of issue as your co-worker can easily fetch all your personal data by just handing over a pen drive to you.
